FAQs

jewel Just the FAQs Ma'am

  1. How the hell do I navigate through the Frolic Gazette?

Well, you can read the story in its entirety by clicking on the headline. To get back to the front page, click on the header (Frolic Gazette). To get to another part of the site the navigation is at the bottom of the page.

  2. Do you take personal checks?

Not even from the Pope Dear. Right now we are dealing exclusively with paypal. We have had nasty brides stiff us with bad checks. Shocking but true.

  3. Can I advertise my product on your site?

Is your product or service amazing? Is it all about our customer? Is your ad annoying? If you answered yes, yes, no, to these questions we would love to have you.

  4. Can you custom print on any of the cards you carry?

It depends on the stock (paper). Some things just don’t take the ink well. Generally we only carry things we can customize for you. We also carry a nice selection of Ready to Write. That is a fill in the blanks option. Or live large and commission a completely custom project.

  5. Does Shannon actually write this crap?

Indeed I do you bastard. Sometimes I consult with various etiquette and vendor sources to ensure we are accurate. Sometimes I just make it up.

6. How long are you going to make me wait for my fabulous invitations and announcements?

That depends on the vendor and how quickly you approve your custom printing proof. Sugar Beet is about 7-10 business days. Nina May's crafty hand knit creations are 14-20 days out. Delphine Press is 4-9 weeks, usually sooner for their sublime letterpress creations. Fill in invitations and in stock accessories are shipped immediately. Our impritables are 7-10 business days.

7. Will you notify me if something is back ordered?

Absolutely. Either via email or a phone call if we have  worked with you before. We will give you alternative options and/or tell you how long it will take to re-order. We aim for a calm and in control host or hostess.
